  • Customised or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless deemed defective or damaged upon receipt.

Initiation of Return

  • Once it's confirmed that your order is eligible for return, we will send you an email confirming instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure its safe return.

Inspection and Processing

  • Once the returned product is received, it will undergo inspection to verify its eligibility for return.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been customised or altered at the customer's request.

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Products that are not in their original packaging or are missing parts.

  • Products marked as "not eligible for return" in a custom quote.

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or bulky items, or items that require special handling.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the event that a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for the return shipping of the damaged or defective product and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
